Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania provides several public access routes, but each answers a different question. Lebanon County's Clerk of Courts keeps Common Pleas criminal files. The arresting police agency holds its incident report, while the Lebanon County Correctional Facility handles local custody information and the Sheriff handles warrant process. Pennsylvania State Police runs PATCH and the Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Website. We organize the verified contacts, request steps, official portals, and published fees without treating those separate systems as one database.
What You Will Find Here
- Agency contacts: where to reach Lebanon County courts, the Sheriff, police agencies, and statewide record systems
- Record guides: how to search and read Lebanon County criminal court cases
- Official check details: how PATCH name checks and authorized IdentoGO fingerprint checks differ
- Record relief basics: where Pennsylvania expungement, limited-access, and Clean Slate processes begin
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Pennsylvania court, police department, sheriff's office, or state agency. That distinction sets clear limits:
- We do not issue certified records, court papers, or repository responses
- We cannot submit expungement petitions or public-record requests for a reader
- We do not run official checks or retrieve a person's criminal record
- We cannot interpret a charge or give advice about an individual case
- We cannot promise that an agency's hours, address, phone, or fee has not changed
An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the Clerk of Courts, the reporting police department, Lebanon County government, or the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes found on some pages. They control their own results, prices, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports access to this resource. We do not set a partner's charges or decide what its search returns.
