Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log or database of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained as needed to answer it. We keep messages within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems may receive basic technical details when a page loads:
- Page-view timestamps
- The referring website, when available
- Device type and operating system

- Pages viewed and approximate visit duration
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Lebanon County Criminal History does not compile, maintain, or sell a personal criminal-record database. Its content identifies official routes such as the Clerk of Courts, the proper police agency, Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Website. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party criminal file or consumer report. This resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and disclosure practices apply to information submitted through their tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before running a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Lebanon County offices, Pennsylvania court and agency portals, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy policy governs. Review it before giving that service personal data.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select targeted ads.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may be available to:
- Advertising networks serving material on the pages

This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. Data identified as belonging to a minor will be deleted when brought to our attention.

Pennsylvania's Criminal History Record Information Act, 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 9101-9183, separately controls official criminal-history information held by covered agencies; it does not turn this private resource into a government repository. Visitors may:
- Opt out of processing where that choice is available
- Request deletion of personal data
- Ask to correct inaccurate personal information
- Request a copy of personal information held about them
